Walkways, patios and retaining walls feature in older customer accounts of Towne & Country Gardens. In a March 2018 HomeAdvisor review, a customer described several hardscape projects by Jon Arello, along with lawn and yard maintenance and improvements. That customer also praised his responsiveness, clear invoicing and reasonable prices. The company describes itself as a family owned and operated landscape construction business with 56 years in business. It says it serves Ware, Hampden, Worcester and Sturbridge, and offers snow plowing and snow removal during winter. Its HomeAdvisor service list includes landscape design and installation, hydroseeding, sod installation, fertilization programs and lawn and garden maintenance. A September 2022 Google reviewer described front walkways and steps that had been in poor shape. Jon’s advice helped the customer design new walkways, and the reviewer praised the time he and his crew took with the work and the finished result. An October 2019 HomeAdvisor reviewer likewise said a walkway turned out exactly as discussed, and described Jon as responsive from the start. Other March 2018 customers described time spent discussing designs and considering their needs, and praised pruning, trimming and fertilizing work. These are dated accounts: the company’s reviews span 2018–2024. HomeAdvisor shows a 4.9-star average from 12 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. One May 2018 HomeAdvisor reviewer gave four stars and said the crew was prompt and worked past its regular quitting time. The same customer said the crew had to return to complete mowing that was included in the quote. An August 2024 HomeAdvisor reviewer praised the job and the people.
