BRL Landscaping

The owner was very friendly and professional when he initially came out to look at the landscaping work I was requesting, and I had a good first impression. Unfortunately, the follow-through was extremely disappointing. We had been communicating about scheduling the work, and I was told they were running behind but that if they couldn’t get to it that week, they would come Monday. I responded that it was no problem and asked him to just let me know. When Monday came, I texted asking if we were still on for that day and received no response. Two days later, I followed up again, and the message was read but never answered. After multiple attempts on my end to coordinate and being understanding about the delays, communication simply stopped altogether. I completely understand that landscaping companies get busy and schedules change, but a quick message saying they couldn’t take on the job would have been perfectly understandable. Being given an expected date and then ignored when trying to follow up was very disappointing and ultimately led me to look elsewhere

Brian and his team are wonderful! From start to finish everything went smooth and he gave us options throughout the project and answered any questions we had. Our landscaping and walkway look beautiful and have recommended them to our friends and family!

Bri and his team did a super job for me! Second time i have used BRL Landscaping and they did a wonderful job once again.

Brian and his team were very easy to work with. I told him what I was looking for and they handled it perfectly. Only about 40 square feet or so but it involved removing an old stump, some stone and some brick border, then leveling and installing some pavers. He said they were booking about 3 weeks out and that's when it got done. He said it would take a day and they finished in a day. I asked him to call me the day before and he did. I appreciate the honest communication and would use his services again no question.

After waiting for over a year, trying to find a landscaper to help us improve our front yard, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with BRL Landscaping. From picking the bushes and the rocks, to hiring the police detail, BRL took care of it. Brian at BRL helped us bring our plans to fruition and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
