TPC Windows and Siding - Watertown CT

I was referred to TPC Windows & Siding, and I’m so glad I went with them. We had several companies come out and give us quotes, but Tom really stood out to us. He actually took the time to listen to what we wanted and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured. Some of the other companies seemed more interested in telling us what they thought we should do instead of listening to what we wanted. I chose Tom because of the way he represented himself and his company, and I felt comfortable trusting him with the job. We had eight windows installed in August 2026, and Tom’s crew was just as great. They showed up on time, were professional and respectful of our home, and did a great job with the installation. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It’s been almost two months now, so we’ve had some time to really enjoy the new windows, and we’re very happy with both the windows and the quality of the work. We still have more windows that need to be replaced, and when we’re ready to get those done, we’ll definitely be calling Tom and TPC again. I think that says a lot when you’re willing to have the same company come back and do more work on your home. I would definitely recommend Tom and TPC Windows & Siding to anyone looking for a company that actually listens to their customers, doesn’t pressure you, and takes pride in their work. I’m very happy we chose them. — Waterbury, CT

Window replacements can be a nightmare, and the range of prices in the market only adds to the confusion. We recently had TPC Windows and Siding replace the windows on our side porch. Tom, the owner showed up on time with window samples for every budget and clearly explained the different features and benefits of each window type. No hard sell, no pressure. We settled on the windows that worked best for us, and his crew came in and removed the old windows and put in the replacements in one day. Excellent workmanship and handled professionally from start to finish.
