Tpm Construction

I hired Moghan from TPM Construction to replace the boards and steps and add a wrought iron railing of my design on my front porch. I desired the wood boards to be replaced with black composite decking (Hawaiian Charcoal) from Home Depot. Due to product shortages and delivery delays, the material availability was 2 weeks later than told they would be when he ordered it. Could have chosen other product from other sources but I really desired this. I am SOOO glad I waited. The product looks like stained wood but with all the benefits of composite. He and one other employee worked on the project. He thought it would take a day and was concerned about leaving us with egress but we have a back door that exits through the side yard. The project took 1 long day and one short one. The decking and steps are great. The man who made the railing came right after the stairs were complete and installed the railing which was constructed from my pictures and desires. They worked on it during the time we were waiting for the decking and sent me pictures at different phases of the project. TPM really came through with a big job gathering up leaves from my front and backyard. We have a number of very large trees on our property and they did a great job removing them. They were prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job. I would strongly recommend them.

The team did an excellent job replacing the decayed and rotting wood on my front porch. Owner Moghan kept in touch with me every step of the way, texting what would be done and when. Highly recommended.
