That customer said the price went up 85% over the year before without notice, that payment was then demanded, that the bill did not arrive for 5 1/2 months, and that the staff were rude and unreasonable.
Absolutely wonderful people who care about trees and people. Very fair. Did assessment and estimate for no cost which was very helpful.
Make sure that you get an estimate every year in writing. They increased the price by 85% over the year before without letting me know in advance and then demanded payment. They also didn’t send the bill for 5 1/2 months and were completely rude and unreasonable. I would stay clear.
