A recent customer said Matt and his team handled two huge trees in a tight residential setting with multiple power lines and neighbor structures involved, and left the property as clean as a whistle. A recent customer said the crew came to their Hampden backyard on time, cut what was agreed to and what was necessary, and did a thorough clean-up afterward. A recent customer had a large branch hanging over their garage and a couple of scrub trees removed, and called the price extremely reasonable. A recent customer complained that Matt looked over a large pine included in the estimate and said it would not be an issue, then, after cutting the other trees, said removing the pine would cost another $3,000. That customer advised getting an estimate from Matt signed and sealed. A 2025 customer said Matt ran the crane to maneuver trees that needed to be hoisted over their shed, on a job that also included grinding some stumps. A 2025 reviewer said they were quoted a day and a half to cut and chip about 30 poplar trees, and the job finished in about 7 hours. A 2023 customer said they asked for a certificate of insurance after business hours and received it first thing in the morning. A 2022 customer said it was the third year Matt and his team had come out to remove dead trees and do trimming.
Matt is not a man of his word. We had an estimate to have trees cut on our property. Including a large pine. When he got here he looked the pine over and stated that it would not be an issue. After he had cut the other remaining trees he stated to remove the pine it would be another 3000.00 dollars. If you get an estimate from Matt be sure to have it signed and sealed or he won't do the entire project as estimated.
This is a great professional company. They came with modern equipment really good communication between their team while working and knocked out the job in no time.
We read the positive reviews and then we experienced them. We had a very tricky job with two huge trees in a tight residential setting. Multiple power lines and neighbor structures were involved. Matt and his team knocked it all out beyond our expectations. Hardworking, safe and experienced, they also were courteous and left the property as clean as a whistle. A neighbor was so impressed they hired them on the spot and are also thrilled with the results. Will gladly use for any midcoast tree work we ever need. Thx Matt !

Removed large branch hanging over my garage and a couple scrub trees that had popped up. All the young men in the crew were personable and safety and property conscious. Price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this business
