The customer praised communication and the work, and said Dan had contacted them within 24 hours. Other customers writing in 2021 praised completed work and pricing. One September HomeAdvisor reviewer said the job finished on time, professionally and without surprises. An August reviewer described the price as reasonable and said a big-box store’s estimate had been much higher. A July customer praised the owner’s communication and work completed on short notice. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show a 4.5-star average from 13 ratings. Completion and attendance drew complaints too. In a November 2021 HomeAdvisor review, a customer described arranging flooring for two rooms with Dan in August 2020. The customer said the floors looked good but the job remained three-quarters finished after ten weeks, with texts and phone calls unanswered over four weeks. An October 2021 reviewer said the work was done right but took longer than quoted, attributing the delay to the company taking on more work than it could handle. A September 2021 reviewer praised the price and quality while reporting that some workers arrived late or did not show up.
