From the first meeting, it was apparent that this person knew his craft. I met Steve Nardi, President of Trublue of Attleboro, after receiving several names when I visited Home Depot of Tauntons kitchen design coordinator, Jeanie Larkin.Steve came to my home to complete all phases of a kitchen remodel including removal of my countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, and then installing the new sink, faucet, plumbing of my new dishwasher and an adjacent cabinet along with backer board and a new beautiful tiled backsplash.Every single step was written down along with the invoice of costs. Each step was completely explained and understood. Every time he said they would be at my home he was there. He notified me and sent a picture of his workers and that made me feel assured of who was coming. At all times, each team member, John and Robbie, exhibited polite, respectful interactions and showed skilled knowledge of their job.This was the first kitchen remodel I have undertaken and I was not, for one moment, nervous or uncertain of the outcome. Steve used his knowledge and amazing communication skills so there was no question it would be fine.Optimism and a calm approach works very well and I am a very satisfied customer.This company exudes a good old-fashioned work ethic not seen usually today. I highly recommend TRUBLUE OF ATTLEBORO for a higher standard of home service. (I took that from their paperwork and stand by that statement.)
