Most pest companies make you call for a number. TrueBlue prints them: $65 a treatment for the basic yard program up to a half-acre, climbing to $114 for the full yard, home and lawn package on an acre. The Shrewsbury outfit — TrueBlue Insect Protection, formally TrueBlue Services, LLC — sells a season rather than a visit. The program runs March through November against ticks, mosquitoes and crawling insects, and it leans on botanical, plant-based products rather than conventional chemistry. Better Business Bureau records the LLC as incorporated in February 2019, seven years in, run by Cynthia Rose as owner with Jaime Loach as partner. Its BBB grade is A+, it is not accredited, and BBB carries no reviews or complaints on the file either way. BBB also records a Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources licence number, #AL-0051078 — that is BBB's record rather than a verification, and an applicator licence is the kind of thing worth confirming with the department itself. That is the entire public trail. Nobody has written up a treatment on Google, the directories or the open web, so there is no rating on this page — there is nothing yet to weigh. For a homeowner with a tick problem who would rather not blanket the yard in conventional product, the published prices at least make them easy to line up against the big spray franchises. Before signing on, pin down how many treatments the season actually includes, and check that applicator licence against MDAR's own records.
