Roof replacements completed in a day come up repeatedly in TRUEHOME Roofing’s customer accounts, alongside praise for communication and cleanup. One June 2026 reviewer said the crew arrived on schedule, replaced the roof in a day and cleaned up afterward. Another described clear, respectful communication with John, Nick and Zach during a roof replacement. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 188 ratings. The company describes itself as a locally owned, family-owned Worcester-area business founded and led by John Sullivan. It offers residential and commercial roofing, repairs and replacements, plus siding, gutters and windows. A May 2026 customer said John helped them choose doors, siding, shutters and gutters, accommodated their availability and kept someone checking on the work. That customer also called the price reasonable. Older accounts describe more involved roof problems. In a May 2023 review, a homeowner said TRUEHOME replaced a roof, including flat sections, added dormer vents and repaired shingle and flashing areas. They reported that work finished in March 2023 and that three subsequent rain and wind storms brought no water seepage. A January 2025 siding-and-window customer said the final cost was 5% above the quote for additional work they had approved, with John discussing weather delays and discoveries beneath the old siding. There are also specific complaints about workmanship and follow-through. In a review originally dated January 2024, with updates through February 2026, a homeowner described recurring leaks, an unsuccessful repair and unanswered warranty requests. They said they sued manufacturer and warranty company CertainTeed and won, then hired another roofer to repair TRUEHOME’s work and a ridge-vent issue. These are the customer’s assertions. In November 2022, a different homeowner alleged missing insulation beneath new siding and a leaking, buckled roof that needed replacement. They said TRUEHOME offered less than the replacement cost and had not agreed to pay for a new roof. A June 2022 reviewer said metal fascia remained unfinished months after an October 2021 roof replacement, communication had dropped off and nails were still turning up in the driveway. An April 2022 reviewer reported a missed appointment without advance notice after delays in getting a roof assessment. By contrast, a February 2026 customer described calling at 7 a.m. about an ice dam, seeing the crew arrive at 10 a.m. and finish by noon after clearing snow from the house and garage and removing the dam.
