WELMARK CONSTRUCTION

Welmark Construction is a general contractor, and a 2025 customer said Sebastian did a full home remodel that took in the kitchen and living room, three bathrooms, trim and doors, flooring, a new deck and a sunroom addition below the deck. That 2025 customer called him trustworthy and said they could rely on him to finish the job. A 2026 customer said Sebastian added a new two-car garage, converted an old two-car garage into livable space and replaced a deck, and was responsive throughout. A 2026 reviewer, a self-taught carpenter, wrote that Sebastian and Welmark did a complete renovation of their home and brought a 1940's house into the modern times. In a 2026 review, a customer said the estimates Sebastian gave for a roof, siding and a bulkhead door were still the same when the work was completed. A 2026 customer said Sebastian replaced a large window and several exterior doors, and that the company also designed and built a large deck. A 2026 reviewer said Sebastian and his team installed a new front door and vinyl siding on their home. A 2026 customer said the company added an in-law addition to their home in 2021, and also redid their front and back decks, added a deck onto their pool and redid their bathroom. On the Better Business Bureau, the company says it offers siding, gutters and downspouts, and window installation and service. The state registry lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 109338, in the name of MJJ ENTERPRISES, INC., as expired. In a 2022 review, a customer said the company was hired in 2021 to install new windows, including a bay window, and then stopped showing up for weeks at a time mid-project and wouldn't return phone calls. That 2022 customer said the siding work around the bay window looked terrible, was promised a fix in the fall, and was never fixed; they also had to hire a plasterer to complete the wall where an in-wall AC had been. The same 2022 customer called the company very undependable, with shoddy workmanship, and wrote that they wouldn't hire again.
