An eight-unit HOA describes having all its roofs replaced by Fortified Exteriors, with the crew keeping the property clean and the association informed throughout the project. The Massachusetts company advertises roofing, siding, deck construction and energy-efficient window replacement. Its website describes it as veteran-owned and says it has 40 years in business. Google shows a 5-star average from 14 ratings. In the HOA's July 2026 review, the customer says the team explained each step, answered questions and did what it promised. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently, according to that account. A separate customer writing in July says Ed and his team installed a new roof, made scheduling easy and charged a price the customer considered more than fair. That homeowner had used the company at both a former house and a new house. Another July roof-replacement customer describes a competitive quote and clear explanations from the initial estimate through cleanup. The customer praises the crew's punctuality, treatment of the property and finished workmanship, and says the warranty helped give them confidence in the purchase. A June reviewer separately describes having roofing options explained and being able to obtain a better warranty because the installers were certified. Those are the customers' descriptions of the warranty and installers. The exterior work extends beyond roofs. One July customer says Ed installed windows on a new construction project and praises both the work and price. Another describes roofing and siding work, responsiveness and the company showing up when promised. A third says the crew installed board and batten, refinished a front deck and added cedar around a door as an accent. A June customer who worked with Edmond says the team explained the options clearly, arrived on time and finished the project early.
