They praised the crew's cleanup, courtesy and craftsmanship, and said the price was low compared with their other quotes. In May 2026, another customer described an efficient, neat crew replacing their mother's roof, with the dumpster delivered the day before and removed the day after. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 370 ratings; Angi lists 4.8 stars from 32. Based in West Boylston, Tip Top says it is family-owned and was established in 2007. Its website describes residential and commercial roof installation, replacement, repairs and ice-dam solutions, along with siding services. It lists Massachusetts towns including Auburn, Holden, Leominster and Franklin. BBB gives it an A+ grade. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 167877 under TIP TOP ROOFING SIDING & SOLAR INC, was verified as expired in August 2026. Customers have also described work beyond replacing shingles. In a June 2025 review, a homeowner preparing for solar said Mike V coordinated the roof, gutter work and chimney repair by arranging the contractors and sequence. The roofing crew finished their house with a garage addition in one long day. A November 2024 reviewer described a roof installation completed between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., followed by a return the next morning to sweep for nails. Follow-up has drawn complaints as well as praise. A January 2026 reviewer said the company installed promptly but did not return calls when the roof began leaking a few years later. A March 2026 reviewer said the owner never followed through. In September 2024, a customer described a ridge-vent problem that was corrected and a plywood-related ripple that initially remained unresolved.
