Thumbtack lists him as a Top Pro for 2024 and 2025 with a 4.9 average across 183 reviews and 270 jobs booked over seven years in business, and the reviews quoted here back that up - same-day TV mounts, a holiday-light takedown where he shared an estimate before touching a ladder, and four nursery shelves installed "quickly and perfectly." But the record isn't uniformly clean. In a June 2026 review, one customer said he never showed up and then denied having agreed to the job. In a May 2026 review, another described hiring him for move-out wall-patch repairs: he arrived nearly 40 minutes late, tried to rush through the work in under 10 minutes to make his next appointment, left several agreed-upon spots untouched, then got defensive over the price and threatened to call the police when the customer pushed back. Thumbtack's own profile notes about 3% of his ratings are 1-star, though it doesn't show what those complaints say. Google puts him at 4.1 from 9 ratings - noticeably softer than his Thumbtack number - and the two negative accounts here are both recent, not old history. For a quick, well-defined task like a mount or an install he has a strong track record; for anything requiring a longer visit or open-ended scope, it's worth getting the estimate and scope nailed down in writing first.
