His work ethic and professionalism exceeded our expectations, not to mention his quality of work!!! He was always there when expected and was conscientious about never leaving a mess!! The painters did a very poor job in the bathroom. The paint peeled in several spots. We called them over 7 times in a 2 weeks period but they didn't get back to us. We are not left with a paint job that needs repair or we will end up having to repaint all over again.
Intitial install went well; we were pleased with T until we called him to fix the top step.T agreed to show 3 times and did not including a Sat when he never showed and never, to this day, has returned my calls. He was not volunteering to make the adjustment, we were paying him again to do this work. T is fine for the installation but non-existant for any follow up work. This is very disappointing to us as the job now remains incomplete.
