TWG Carpentry is a Dorchester carpenter whose Houzz profile centers on custom furniture and furniture delivery. The work described by homeowners is distinctly built-in and finish-oriented: a library, a wall unit with storage, a vanity, window seats, bead board, cabinets, and general house repairs. The written accounts are dated March 2014, but they are unusually specific. One homeowner described four major projects completed over more than six years and called the work talented, fairly priced, and worth recommending; another mentioned beautiful cabinets alongside general repairs. Houzz lists two reviews with a 4.5-star average, so there is a positive starting point, though the written history is small and old. Before booking, confirm the current scope, schedule, and pricing for the particular carpentry job. This looks like a sensible fit for custom built-ins, cabinetry, and detailed woodwork; ask for a current project example and a written estimate before work begins.

Tom took care of some long needed repairs to our house. He built some beautiful cabinets in addition to taking care of some general repairs.
Over 6 years Tom has worked on 4 major projects for me at my home; he built my library, built a large wall unit in my bedroom with drawers, cupboards, shelves for storage and opening for flat screen TV, built a vanity/dressing table in my bedroom, built two window seats with under storage in my family room, and installed bead board throughout my upstairs hall. His work is top notch, he is very talented and nice, and his pricing is reasonable and fair. I have enjoyed working with him, have recommended him to several friends, and think highly of his work.
