Ukrainian Handyman

Ukrainian Handyman is a one-person operation out of Medford, Massachusetts, run by Oleksandr Kucherenko — known to customers as Olek. The business says it's been doing handyman and appliance work for five years, everything from furniture assembly and TV mounting to appliance installation, garage door repair, and closet systems. The two reviews on file both come from a December 2022 batch. One customer called Olek friendly, interactive, and efficient, and said he took the time to explain things they weren't sure about rather than just doing the job and leaving. The other said he showed up with everything he needed, arrived on time, and was professional enough that she'd hire him again. There's nothing more recent to go on, so it's worth asking what he's been doing since and getting a current sense of his schedule and rates before booking. For small, one-off repairs and installs, this is a business with a couple of solid accounts behind it — just confirm availability directly, since the written history stops in 2022.
