- Return visits — a 2022 customer said they came back to fix the tub
- Long-term client — a 2025 customer used Steve for several years
- A flaking tub — a 2022 customer reported poor workmanship
Ultimate Reglaze refinishes bathrooms rather than tearing them out. The company says on its website that it has been in business for over 20 years and serves both commercial and residential customers, and its Houzz profile lists bathtub and tile refinishing. A 2025 customer wrote that Steve had been refinishing bathrooms for them for several years and that they had always been very happy with the work. A 2022 customer said the company did their primary shower, a bathroom tub and shower and a toilet when they bought their house 12 years earlier, redid the work in August 2021, and came back to fix the tub after their electrician messed it up. That 2022 customer called the company affordable, professional and punctual. A 2022 customer gave two stars, citing a tub that was flaking off and poor workmanship. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as accredited with an A+ grade.
