Wayland Kitchens & Baths

Wayland Kitchens & Baths is a Needham, MA design-build showroom that plans and installs custom kitchens and bathrooms, working primarily with the Fabuwood and Cabico cabinet lines. The team, led by designers Heather, Noff and Kerry, has built a long, consistent track record: twenty-seven reviews on Google and Houzz stretching from 2014 through 2026, nearly all five stars, with a 4.9-star average on Google. Customers consistently point to the same strengths across those years. Reviewers describe the design team as responsive, patient and detail-oriented, walking clients from an initial idea through cabinet and hardware selection to a finished space; several specifically credit Heather for early conversations and Noff for managing construction and demolition. More than one reviewer reports a project finished on time and on budget, including full first-floor and kitchen gut renovations. The work itself draws repeated praise too: recent reviews single out the quality of the Cabico and Fabuwood cabinetry at a reasonable price, and customers describe the company arranging more than just cabinets, including tile work, plumbing hookups for a new vanity, and lighting and hardware selection as part of one project. The business also does bathroom work under the same name: reviewers describe a custom-built bathroom vanity installation and a full renovation of a small half bath. A 2014 review from a fellow designer, predating the period weighed most heavily here, describes the owner as flexible and easy to collaborate with on a joint project. The company carries an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. One thing worth noting: BBB's own filing lists a sole proprietor named Robert Baker at a Wayland, MA address, while the business's showroom location and several recent reviews describe Heather and Noff as the owners; BBB does confirm the phone number matches the business's own website. It's unclear from the record whether this reflects an ownership change or different day-to-day roles, so it is worth a quick clarifying question. Overall, this is a well-established, design-forward kitchen and bath remodeler with an unusually deep and sustained run of detailed, positive reviews, the kind of history that suggests reliable follow-through on both design and construction, not just a single good year.
