United Fuel Oil

United Fuel Oil is a heating-oil dealer, and its website says it has been in business 15 years. A 2025 customer needed a same-day oil delivery after other oil companies could not come until the next day, and wrote that United Fuel Oil delivered within 30 minutes. That 2025 customer named Chris and Josh as friendly, courteous and respectful. A 2025 customer who had run out of oil said the company delivered "without hesitation." A 2025 customer who had used the company for a few years said the price was always fair and delivery always timely, and named Jen as a helpful voice in the office. A 2025 customer wrote that the company almost always came out the very next business day and that the dogs got treats when the truck pulled up. A 2024 customer said they called and the company came out the same day. A 2024 customer praised a Saturday delivery. A 2025 customer complained that the woman who answered the phone was rude, yelled, and said the company would not deliver fuel because of the customer's construction.
