Outstanding service! I called Bystrek’s Oil Company with a last-minute delivery request ahead of the snowstorm this weekend and was blown away by how quickly they responded. I left a message on the answering line and received a call back within 30 minutes. I spoke with Ed, the owner, who was incredibly kind and professional — and he arrived just 10 minutes later! Truly above-and-beyond service when it mattered most. Reliable, responsive, and top-notch customer care. This is exactly the kind of dependable local service you hope for, and I would absolutely recommend them!

Never responded to service call request

Called their emergency line and no answer 30 mins after just gave up on them.

I normally never give reviews. Just moved to the neighborhood and had no idea I ran out of oil. Called to see if I could become a customer and get oil. They said not until the morning. If you were a customer you would be able to get a night time delivery. I said great sign me up. They then told me not tonight you would have to call in the morning. No heat on the 1st really cold night of the year with children and them not wanting to accommodate??? I thought this was a family company? Very disappointed and they lost a customer by how they handled that call.
