United Home Experts is an Ashland exterior remodeler, and what customers say about it splits along the size of the job. The company says it has 25 years in business and offers siding, roofing, gutters, windows, doors and exterior painting. It holds 4.8 stars from 617 ratings on Google, 4.8 from 228 on Best Pick Reports and an A+ from BBB. Several of the warmest reviews come from repeat customers. A May 2026 Google reviewer said they have hired the company for multiple jobs over the last 10 years and that crews cleaned the job site every night. In a July 2025 review from Upton, a homeowner said the roof took a day less than estimated, and when a few shingles fell off years later a crew replaced them at no charge. A February 2023 reviewer whose house was sided 15 years earlier said the company repaired shingles under warranty although they were just past it. The complaints are detailed. An April 2026 Google reviewer was happy with an entry door and windows but called the whole-house siding job a costly ordeal: repeated no-shows, crews working in the dark, damaged interior walls, and nails, screws and razor blades left around the yard. A January 2024 HomeAdvisor reviewer said a 20K+ roof and deck job failed to flash one wall, water leaked through within three years, and the company refused responsibility. A June 2023 Angi customer said double pane windows were ordered instead of triple pane, trim was badly cut and the project took over a year. A June 2024 reviewer said several windows installed 5 years earlier no longer work properly. Even an August 2023 4-star review praised the products and project manager while calling the siding crew careless. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active.
“We used united home experts for siding removal/replacement and then again for a front door upgrade (we weren’t in a position to do it all in one fell swoop). Mike and the team there were great to work with, so I’m sure we’d go back to them when it is time for our roof work.”
“united home experts - although many local roofers have been backlogged fixing damage from this past winter. good luck!”
“I was disappointed with United Home Experts. While the team was professional, there were a lot of nails left around the home after the window replacement, as well as some broken glass.”
“I used a group called United Home Experts for my small job, but I was also pretty insistent that the windows have a specific look to match our 90 year old windows that we were keeping. They had the Marvin replacement windows that I was looking for. Overall it was a good experience and they were really responsive.”
“We had a great experience with United Home Experts—very professional and reliable. Call 5088818555”

The team was professional, showed up on time, and did quality work. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and they took the time to answer my questions. Just awesome.
I was introduced to United Home Experts while researching Everlast composite siding installers in the area, and from my very first conversation with Mike Dudley, it was clear this company operates differently than most. It’s in a league of its own. Mike’s knowledge of Everlast siding (and building projects in general) is genuinely encyclopedic — not just product specs, but the nuances of installation, long-term performance, and how to make the right decisions for your specific home. He doesn’t just answer questions; he anticipates them. There’s no upselling, no vague answers — just straight talk delivered with patience and professionalism that’s hard to come by in this industry. What’s impressed me most is Mike’s integrity. Even as my exterior renovation journey with another contractor evolved in complexity over time, he remained a trusted resource — someone whose guidance I’ve genuinely valued at every stage. That kind of sustained commitment to a homeowner speaks volumes about his character and the culture United Home Experts has built. If you’re considering Everlast siding or any major exterior renovation, United Home Experts should be your first call. Ask for Mike. Their reputation as Everlast specialists is well-earned, and their trustworthiness is the real differentiator. This company is doing everything right.
