Hired them to build my house after a fire. Neglected everything, stalled for months and I had to fire them for non performance. Still dealing with their shit after almost 4 years.
Mr. Leon went above and beyond and even risked his own safety to protect my property when he entered an unsafe room in my fire damaged home-Now if that doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating for “United Restoration” nothing does!!! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!!
United Restoration helped us out in a time where we desperately needed rapid, thorough, professional, and compassionate assistance. After a rough winter that caused multiple ice dams to build up on our roof, we had significsnt leaking inside our house afterward. United came out quickly, took care of all our remediation needs and continued to follow up with us until the job was done. They were very easy to work with and extremely responsive. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of the types of services they provide.
After a pipe ruptured in our home, I contacted my insurance broker who recommended United Property Restoration Services, from start to finish, Licia and the entire team were fantastic. From water cleanup through demolition and restoration, every phase was handled professionally with attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Minutes after hanging up with our insurance company, Licia was calling us and then was at our house with various team members assessing the damage within an hour. Licia coordinated everything for us, tree removal off of the house, roof repair, broken pipes, flooding clean up! We did not have to do anything. In addition, she was in touch with us daily with updates on her end of what next steps would be.
