The company's website lists locations in states from Alabama to Vermont, Connecticut among them, and it says it has been in business for 38 years. A recent customer who said they had been a project manager in residential remodeling for over 40 years said the request was called in, scheduled and finished inside of 3 days. A 2025 customer said Craig finished start to finish in 3.5 hours and their radon levels dropped from 7 pCi/L to 1.30 pCi/L in a matter of 8 hours. A 2025 customer said David's install brought levels to.5 pCi/L one day after installation, from a max high of 11 pCi/L. A 2025 customer selling a house said a system was installed quickly before the closing, and the tech called about 30 minutes before arriving. A 2025 customer in a log home said they were charged $250 extra because a special drill was needed to avoid damaging the log. A 2024 Reddit commenter in r/Connecticut said they used the company "(in FFC)" and it was about $2K. A recent customer who booked the company for clients said the technician told the client she did not need a system without seeing the report, charged $250 for the visit, and that a company representative raised his voice on the phone. A 2026 customer said they were charged over $1600 for a mitigation fan that left radon levels the same before and after, that management refused a refund, and that techs had been to the house three times. A 2024 customer said an appointment they had changed was never cancelled, so the tech came to the house when nobody was home.

I booked this company to help my clients mitigation system. When I filled out a questionnaire online they asked what the average number of the rate I told them it was in the I didn't have the rate on test at my disposal in that moment. They proceeded to book us to get a rate on mitigation system installed then arrived to my clients house and told her that she didn't need a system because doesn't warrant having one and told her that he had seen the a high four was not in need of a radon mitigation system. He never saw any report. The high number was actually in the with an average of a 4.5 so he was misinformed. They then proceeded to charge my clients $250 just to come out and steer her away from getting the system installed. I called to talk to somebody that works for the company and the gentleman was so horrendous to speak with he raised his voice multiple times on the phone with me telling me that I filled out the questionnaire wrong. I said who runs a business like this where you're convincing your clients not to get a rate on mitigation system when all testing that's been done has shown they need one and he told me that it's my fault that I filled out the questionnaire wrong and that he can see all the reports. I if you can see a report then you can see that it has high levels of 8.3 he told me that I told them so it's my fault. Do not do business with this company disgusting customer service and a scam to pay them $250 just to talk you out of getting something that your actually needs.
