UNIVERSE GUTTERS INC.

Universe Gutters Inc. describes itself as a family-owned gutter company based in Marlborough and Waltham, and says it handles gutter cleaning, repair, guards, replacement, power washing and fascia repair. One recent job shows the repair side. After an inspection of the roof top, a customer and Diego agreed on repairs that included flashing sealed with silicone to keep water from seeping between the gutter and the fascia boards, adjusting the tilt of one gutter, and downspout extensions to direct rainwater away from the foundation. On a high roof, a recent customer said Diego added an extra downspout, adjusted the level, cleaned the gutters and secured a couple of elbows. Speed is part of it too. A recent customer said Diego came the same day they called to replace a downspout for their condo building and did the work that same day. During a gutter cleaning, a recent customer said Diego relocated a birds nest instead of tossing it and sent pictures of the gutters afterward. A 2025 customer hired the company for a full gutter and gutter cover installation and said Diego provided a fair estimate. A 2024 customer said Diego and his crew cleaned and repaired the gutters on their 1880's Victorian home while carpenters were on site maintaining the woodwork. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry. A 2024 Google customer wrote that workers were an hour and a half late and should have called.
