They were wonderful and on time.
Zero rating. I do not recommend King Construction. Quality of the work performed was extremely poor and the job needs to be ripped out and redone by a more skilled contractor. Tiles installed are lifting in all four areas they were laid. Some tiles are misaligned. The caulking is very sloppy & now needs to be removed and redone. They left my newly installed floors coated with glue and self-lever which was also on my doors & walls. They did not clean up before leaving so I had to clean for many hours after they left. They were late 2 out of the 3 days. Very, very frustrating & disappointing! I would not recommend King Construction.
The work they did for me was done well and looks great. When I inspected there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed by his workers. My only complaint is that he didn't inspect their work first.
Andre and his assistant did a very professional job the arrived on time they answered any questions that we asked about the work. We were very pleased with the finished project and would use his services in the future.
