- Commercial construction background — owner worked on Boston skyscrapers
Upper Lower Professional Services, doing business as Upper Lower Renovations, is a Waltham, Massachusetts home renovation and handyman company run by owner Michael Prest, who says he moved into home renovation and handyman work after time in large-scale commercial construction, including work on Boston skyscrapers. The company works bathroom, basement and attic remodels, general renovations, hardwood floor installation and handyman jobs across Sudbury, Stow and Newton, MA, and Pelham, NH. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#211170, issued 03-24-2026) for the company; Angi separately lists a trade license (CS-119718, expiring 10/12/2027) and names acoustic ceiling tile installation and repair alongside basement remodeling among its offered services. A fit for a bathroom, basement or attic renovation, or general handyman work, in the MetroWest area; confirm the project scope in writing and ask for proof of insurance before booking.
