I am not the type of person to leave a negative review, but in this case it is much needed as i want to caution others from this business. From my personal experience, I would not recommend hiring this company for any construction or remodeling work. My shower remodel which should have taken 1-2 days to complete took over one year and required three separate attempts by the owner, Graciano Machado, (aka: Greg) and his workers to complete. To this day, l am unable to use the shower as it will require me to have it demoed and repaired. Throughout the process of having my shower completed, I had several issues to include, my shower walls coming apart on two separate occasions due to improper install, the grout not being properly applied, leaving several holes and cracks throughout, the glass sliding door not closing fully, and much more. But the biggest issue of all, was that, Greg Machado violated basic sanitary building standards by failing to install a cement backer board, which is a required material in the State of Massachusetts to prevent moisture damage and ensure proper waterproofing. He was well aware of this prior to installing the tiles, but did not correct it even after being informed about it on multiple occasions. Despite giving multiple opportunities and addressing my concerns to Greg and his team, they were not able to complete my shower correctly. I was met by constant delays to have my shower repaired, and i was met with some dishonesty from Greg’s behalf. As a result of these issues, I pursued legal action through small claims court and was awarded a judgment in my favor. The matter is still ongoing as I work to collect that judgment which has yet to be fulfilled. I have also noticed that other individuals including a business have also pursued legal action through small claims against Greg, his wife (co-owner) and his business. From my experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution before hiring this contractor.

Editing the review in response to owner response. Nothing was completed in a timely manner, constant run around, and at one point the DEP had to get involved as upright was going to improperly dispose of materials. Use extreme caution with this company. Lots of delays and lack of communication. Rushing at the end to get the job done and the quality of wood and work shows it. Laborers, definitely not craftsmen. Would not recommend.
