We needed new vinyl plank flooring and trim/baseboards installed after water damage in our basement. We found Eric via a recommendation on Facebook. We could not be happier with the quality of Eric’s work, not to mention he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will not hesitate to recommend Upscale Flooring & Carpentry to anyone in need of similar services.

Couldn’t have picked a better contractor for my vinyl floor install- about 400sqft. Project included carpet removal and tile demo. Eric was professional, accommodating, and did a fantastic job. He provided insight, expertise, and more than willing to answer any questions. You could tell he truly cared about his work and making the end product exceed anyone’s expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Upscale do any of my future flooring projects.

Eric was fantastic to work with and is by far the most honest and fair contractor I’ve ever come across. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he really took the time to make sure everything was done the right way rather than rushing through the job. He even had to put in extra effort to correct some pretty shoddy work left behind by previous contractors, and the end result was excellent. On top of that, he was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. I’ll absolutely be calling him again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work done right.
