A May 2026 Google reviewer said estimates were accurate, with no hidden costs. In an April 2024 HomeAdvisor review, a customer who hired the company to remove a heavy power reclining sofa said the quoted price was what they paid and that the crew respected the home. Another HomeAdvisor customer, writing in March 2024, described an old water heater being removed and packaging from the new one taken at no extra charge.
