One homeowner wrote on July 13, 2022 that replacement glass for a slider had been paid for before the house was sold, but the work remained unfinished after another promised visit. The reviewer said attorneys were involved and was prepared to seek the money back. A different customer, writing July 12, described a $7,000 glass-installation and rescreening contract, repeated cancellations and a promised $3,750 deposit refund that had not arrived. Another July 2022 reviewer said John had not returned to correct problems or complete cleanup, then stopped taking calls. John and his brother? Are expert at the con job. He will preach the bible while helping you write the deposit check. Dont be fooled this is not a man of God.
Resorting to Google in hopes of getting a response from the owner. After paying for the glass on a slider to be replaced the work has yet to be completed. I recently sold the house but contracted John to do the work prior to the sale. Was promised he was going to do the work today and didn’t show up, needless to say the new owners of the home aren’t happy. Phone calls and texts messages not returned. Attorneys are involved at this point, and I see other customers are having the same issue I am. I’m prepared to take legal action to get my money back at this point.
Run away from this vendor! John quoted us $7000 for glass installation and rescreening 2months ago.He signed a contract and promised to complete the job within the next month.He scheduled and cancelled several times with many excuses.He eventually promised to refund our $3750 deposit.Now he won’t return calls and hasn’t refunded us.We are going have to start legal action to get our deposit back.Don’t trust this guy with your windows or your money!
Did not come back to complete fix problems and to do clean up as promised Update: After numerous promises to complete the job, the owner, John, will not take my calls. Another customer of his, on my block, is having similar issues.
