In November 2023 a customer had Vaillancourt pour a new concrete floor inside a barn built in 1847, and liked it enough to line them up for the driveway next. That is the shape of most of the work here: pool decks, patios, barn and garage floors, foundations and foundation repair around Hollis, with a good number of customers coming back for the next pour. Joe Vaillancourt runs the company with his team, and the site puts it at 17 years in the trade. Even another contractor, Scott Brooks Excavation, wrote in February 2023 that the crew moved quickly and held the schedule. The exception matters. A customer whose concrete was poured in August 2020 wrote in September 2022 that it was delaminating within 18 months, that they had been told in April 2022 it would be corrected, and that emails and texts went unanswered; an update that October said there was still no reply. That is the one 1-star account among 19 Google ratings averaging 4.6. For a patio, a pool deck, a barn or garage floor, or a foundation repair around Hollis, this is a strong call, and several customers here are on their second or third job with the company. Ask what the warranty covers if the surface scales or delaminates, get it in writing, and agree who you call and how soon you should expect to hear back.
