It says it has been at this 30 years.
The jobs customers write about are heavier than a service call. One homeowner had a sewer pipe replaced from the house to the street in April; another had a degraded main water service line swapped out in June. A 2025 customer had two pipes trenched and connected to the town's stormwater system, with the permits and inspections taken care of and the trench filled back in. A property management firm listed frozen-pipe emergencies, a rebuilt backflow prevention valve, and excavating part of a parking lot to rebuild access to a main shut-off. A homeowner who called in March said several plumbers had passed on the job because the septic system sat more than a hundred feet from the blocked bathroom drain.
What comes up nearly as often is what happens before the truck rolls. A customer writing in February asked for a quote on what looked like a broken heating pipe and was asked to send photos and video first. In June, someone with a bad outdoor faucet valve was walked through the problem on the phone instead of being booked. A 2025 reviewer called at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon about a burst pipe, had Cody at the house by six, and saw him come back at nine after driving around for the right parts.
One account runs against the rest. In September 2024, a reviewer wrote that the company did work on their home after being told another plumber already had the job, said police were involved, and said a permit for the property had been pulled by a different owner on the street.
