A degraded main water service line replaced. Cracked and collapsed sewer pipes rerun from house to street. Cast-iron fittings cut out through a slab. A septic line that froze and backed up into a house. Trenching in July 2025 to reconnect two stormwater drainage pits to the town system. Excavating part of a parking lot for a property management client to rebuild access to a main shut-off valve. Permits and inspections come up again and again as something they take on rather than leave with the homeowner. A June 2026 customer said the town permitting and inspection for a cracked sewer pipe replacement were arranged for them and the job landed inside the promised window. It is one customer's account, and nothing else written about the company resembles it. If the problem is underground — sewer, septic, water service, a drain run nobody else will chase — this is a shop built for that work, and one that picks up the phone. Ask who is pulling the permit, and get backfill and site restoration written into the scope; that is exactly where the one bad account went wrong.
