Tom was very professional and efficient with his work. I had called him as I had a water leak coming in the crack around my septic pipe in my basement. I had been given an outrageous price of $23,000. to fix this before calling Tom. Luckily I looked on Watertite’s website and they showed exactly what I had going on. Tom came on short notice and was very professional and engaging in diagnosing the scope of repair on our foundation. I explained that we had crack that was repaired by the previous owner of our house that was leaking and Tom came out the next day to repair the leak. It turns out that the original repair was not done correctly because they injected the material straight into the crack instead of at a 45° angle. Tom repaired the crack correctly and quickly, leaving no mess and for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend Tom for repair service.

Tom is terrific! He filled two cracks in the basement foundation of a property we're selling. His work is top-notch, highly professional, reasonably priced, and comes with a transferable warranty for the lifetime of the property—which will come in handy for the new owners. I highly recommend him!
