Valley Floors, Inc. says on its Houzz profile that it is located in the upper valley of VT/NH and has grown from a flooring store and installation service to include window treatments by Hunter Douglas, Graber and Norman, plus custom shower glass. Its website describes custom tile design and installation, from a kitchen backsplash to a tile shower or floor, and the company claims 40 years in business. A recent Google customer, a contractor who kept an eye on the job as it progressed, says the deadline mattered a great deal and the work got done when they said it would, and praises the installation team. A 2023 Houzz customer said John, who was doing the carpeting in their living and dining rooms, was efficient and knowledgeable, and that they were happy with a bathroom floor the company had put in. In a January 2024 r/vermont post, a commenter wrote that Valley Floors in Bradford did theirs the summer before and they were very happy with the work. A 2013 Houzz customer described a complete bathroom remodel, worked out at the Bradford showroom with sales associates Jen and Abbey and chose to tile three of four walls floor to ceiling. The same 2013 customer did the prep work and worked alongside installer Chris during the tiling. A 2013 customer said marmoleum flooring was installed in their kitchen remodel after help choosing it at the Bradford store. In a 2014 review, a customer who bought tile for two baths in a new home said the staff's care let them complete a project that had previously been installed incorrectly. In 2017, Housewright Construction wrote on Houzz that it had referred clients to Valley Floors and subcontracted with it for more than 20 years, and that when a product or workmanship issue came up, Valley Floors worked to solve it. Scheduling is where things went wrong. A 2025 Google customer said they made an appointment, confirmed it by email and waited until noon, then the office told them they forgot; having already paid, they were told to wait over two more weeks. A 2016 Houzz customer said the floors looked great but scheduling and communication with the coordinator was sometimes a bit slow.
“Valley Floors in Bradford did ours this summer and we were very happy with their work.”
“Valley floors out of Bradford”
Very happy with hiring them . Deadline was a very big importance to my project and they got it done when they said they would. Installation team did a fantastic job. I'm a contractor myself so I was keeping an eye on things as they progressed.
Made an appointment and confirmed by email. Waited till noon, called the office and was told they forgot? Very unprofessional, I have paid already and am told I need to wait over 2 more weeks. Never again!
This review is being written even though my carpeting job is not completed as yet! The young man doing the carpeting named John, for our living room and dining room is very nice, efficient and knowledgeable! Would recommend Valley Flooring for all flooring needs. They also put in our bathroom floor recently and we are very happy with it.
Awesome people and very quick on special order flooring
Housewright Construction has confidently referred clients to Valley Floors and invited them to subcontract on many of our building projects for more than 20 years. The impressive selection of flooring, tile and window treatments that they offer is beautifully displayed in their showroom. Their knowledgeable staff assists clients in choosing products that meet their specific design, performance and budget criteria and their skilled installation team brings the design to life. Most importantly, Valley Floors demonstrates unwavering integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. On those occasions where an unanticipated problem has developed, Valley Floors has worked diligently with us to solve it. Whether it is a product or a workmanship issue, they make it right. We recommend them without hesitation.
