I noticed a distinct musty odor and indications of moisture in the basement, so I called a mold treatment agency. The staff completed the air quality treatment in a very professional manner, conducted a thorough mold inspection, and provided a full explanation of the moisture removal procedure. Throughout the cleanup, they meticulously contained the impacted areas and maintained order. The house smelled better after the service, and I was much more at ease knowing that the issue had been resolved.

Pamela knows her stuff. I am a first time hime buyer, and I had issues reading an air quality report done by my inspector, and sent it to her via email. She reached out to me very promptly, and explained all the questions, and concerns I had. My contingency was ending Monday and she came the afternoon by squeezing me in during lunch time between clients. She found black mold under the sink, in the roof of the basement, and in the attic. She always found leaking of the flashing in the chimney. She explained to me remediation, and took time breaking everything down. She is punctual, easy going, and straight to the point no sugar coating it. I woukd definitely recommend her, and I will be using her to remediate the issue. 10/10 would recommend.

Vanguard did a great job on our attic. We had an issue with our bathroom vent being plugged for some time, and our attic was covered in mold. They scheduled us quickly after the vent issue was fixed, and did a great job with minimal disruption for us. 100% recommend.

Pam and Connor at Vanguard were amazing. They helped me diagnose an issue stemming from a leak in my roof that was causing some water and mold damage to my home. On top of that they helped communicate with my insurance company on a claim to cover over half of a new roof and the water damage.
