The receptionist helped me out in my situation. On 8/31/2026. The price of the project was more than I expected but she give me tips on how to get a small area of my basement with the mold. She suggested a cleaner called Mold Armor rapid clean remediation from Lowes. . She explained the steps and the what to wear when I start the job.she was patience and understanding of my situation.

Prompt response and effective communication by Bob and his team stood out throughout the restoration and rebuild after a sewage backup in our basement. Bob also worked with the insurance adjuster very well at various points during the restoration. That lowered our stress for sure. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work. S*** happens and Bob and his team (Frengi, Adrian, James and Mario) do a great job taking care of it properly and promptly! Rebuild is pretty good too!

Bob was an excellent person to work with! After a large snowstorm caused icedamn damage on our roof, we had water in our basement and had to file a homeowners claim. Since I have never used my homeowners insurance, my wife and I were a tad overwhelmed. Bob guided us through the entire process and coordinated with our insurance agency on our behalf. He kept us informed daily throughout the two week process. He sent multiple people to inspect our roof, patio, and basement to find the source of the issue. Bob as well as James and Frengi who worked at our house for those two weeks were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they answered all our questions without hesitation. I am usually skeptical of trusting companies with our home. If you are wondering if Restoration 1 is a reliable, trustworthy, and quality company…the answer is yes!
