A 2026 reviewer wrote that its work had declined since it sold to a bigger company and would not recommend it. A 2025 customer described a good experience with both the service techs and the people they spoke to when arranging service. A 2025 reviewer called its service techs kind and knowledgeable.

Company allows their drivers to operate company vehicles like they are on a race track. Watched one almost hit another vehicle head on in Berkshire Vt this morning. They seem to have no issue with this irrational behavior.
Ever since they sold to a bigger company their work has gone to shit would not recommend.
I have had the pleasure of meeting and utilizing the services and professionalism of employees of this company back home in Massachusetts. I would highly recommend reaching out to Vermont Mechanical and just inquire about how they can help. No pressure, real genuine experience
