VF Custom Homes & Remodeling

VF Custom Homes & Remodeling builds new houses on Cape Cod and reworks existing ones — full builds, additions and renovations — from an office on West Main Street in Hyannis. Its site's header reads "Building Homes since 2010", and the company counts 16 years in business. One person has left it a five-star rating on Google. If you are planning a new build or a substantial addition on the Cape, this is a small builder to put on the list. Ask to walk through a house they finished recently and talk to those owners about how the schedule and the change orders went before you sign anything.
