Replacing carpeting throughout a house took Victor and an associate two days, according to an August 2020 HomeAdvisor review of VH Pro Flooring. The customer described engineered vinyl installation across bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, hallway and closets, with furniture moved as the work progressed. They said Victor started that week, arrived on time and offered to collect the planks. Based in Southwick, VH Pro Flooring works on wood and vinyl floors. Its website says it offers free estimates and has 25 years in business. HomeAdvisor lists a 5.0-star average from 16 ratings; the written customer accounts date from 2019 to 2021. Those customers described both installations and repairs. A September 2020 reviewer praised Victor's hardwood-floor installation, while a June 2019 reviewer described engineered wood installed quickly, on schedule and at a good price. In February 2020, another customer said VH resolved squeaking in hardwood floors, explained the work along the way and cleaned up afterward. Communication mattered for a customer who was 250 miles away. In a December 2020 review, they said Victor sent pictures daily, called when necessary, remedied problems that arose and handled additional work beyond the floor after devising a plan. That customer considered the final cost more than fair. A January 2020 reviewer said Victor explained the work and cost, consulted them on difficult decisions and cleaned up even between the days of a two-day project. In September 2019, a customer described several rooms of wide-plank vinyl installed on time, with the home left clean and free of debris.
