Victor-Rooter gets called when the drains stop moving. A recent Google customer, dealing with a backup at a home they had just purchased, was referred by their septic company; they say he coordinated with that company ahead of time, identified a blockage in the junction box, excavated the area, cleared it and installed a riser so it can be reached later without digging again. That customer calls the final cost very fair for the amount of work and says having his own excavator made the process fast. A 2024 customer said John at Victor Rooter returned their call within 5 minutes and was on scene 20 minutes later, when the entire house was backed up and there was sewage in the basement. That 2024 customer said they first called Victor Rooter 16 years earlier, when they moved to the area, and had used him ever since. A 2024 customer who texted him about a clogged kitchen sink said he arrived exactly at 2:00 and unclogged it with his snake in 20 minutes. A 2021 customer said a soap dispenser top had been sucked down the toilet and that he fixed the toilet within a matter of minutes. A 2023 customer called John professional and on time. Victor-Rooter holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.

Experienced, capable, and very reasonably priced. I was referred by my septic company to help troubleshoot a backup issue at a home I had just purchased. He coordinated directly with them ahead of time, so he already understood the layout of the system when he arrived. He quickly identified a blockage in the junction box, excavated the area, cleared the issue, and installed a riser for easier access in the future without needing to dig again. Having his own excavator made the process fast and efficient, and the final cost was very fair considering the amount of work completed.
I texted him for a clogged kitchen sink. He responded immediately and said he’d be here at 2:00. He arrived exactly at 2:00 and unclogged the sink with his snake in 20 minutes. An unusually reliable contractor. I highly recommend him.
Our entire house was backed up and there was sewage in the basement!! Once again, John at Victor Rooter did not disappoint! He returned our called within 5 minutes and was on scene 20 minutes later and saved the day! We first called Victor Rooter when we moved to area 16 years ago and had a back up. He was highly recommended by our septic guy and some plumbers who we called at first. Been using him ever since, wouldn't call anyone else. John is extremely experienced, trustworthy, and his prices are fair. If you have an issue, call this guy. He knows his stuff!!
Professional, on time. John knows his stuff.
Experienced, capable, and very reasonably priced - Was referred by my septic company to troubleshoot and repair a septic blockage on a house I had just purchased that was backing up. He coordinated with the septic company so that when he arrived, he already understood the layout of my septic system. He was able to diagnose a junction box blockage, dig it up, clear it, and install a riser on it so future blockages can be cleaned without digging. He owns his own excavator which made scheduling my repair very quick. The repair bill was incredibly low for the amount of work he did.
