Failed to install hot water heater correctly. Electrical connection not properly grounded.
Very poorly run company. Terrible communication, messy work. Pretty much everything they touched they ruined. They installed our $10,000 fireplace and broke it and will not return our phone calls! There is a reason they only take cash for their business because they want to grab the money and run with out accountability..
Terrible service and compulsive liars. Dunham Plumbing was dispatched to us by AHS. A technician came out and broke the cartridge of the faucet that he was attempting to repair. The owner came out the next day and told us he would make it right. They kept cancelling the call with AHS, telling them the work was complete. They never came back. Terrible business.
Thorough inspection, justified I had no plumbing issue from water leaking into garage and referred to a roofer. They tripled checked areas to make sure they didn’t miss any unseen possible areas. Thank you.
If I could rate a zero, I would. Where to begin?? I knew I was in for a bad experience when this company supposedly ordered my new water heater but then blamed to the home warranty company for it not coming in saying they never approved the order. The home warranty company kept insisting they did and we went back-and-forth for about three weeks. Trying to get a phone call returned is almost impossible!! Finally got my appointment set up and guess what? They were no-show! Took the day off from work, but it didn’t matter to them. They claimed that there was an emergency! Of course, there was! By the time we rescheduled, and they finally came, I had been without hot water for almost a month. We were showering back-and-forth between neighbors, friends, and family. They installed the new water heater and when we got home later that day, we still had no hot water. Guess what? They never actually turned it on or hooked up the pipes! My husband had to do that. They also never removed the old broken water heater. The owner claims that they needed two guys to remove the water heater. Interesting… Didn’t they need two guys to bring the first one in? What happened to the second guy? Here it is almost one full year later and after numerous texts and numerous phone calls, I still have the water heater in my basement. I have had promise after promise that it would be picked up, and the promise has yet to be fulfilled. When I called the home warranty company, yet again, they said they would reach out to the company and let them know to get in touch with me. I laughed! Don’t expect much from them. If you scroll down further on this page, you’ll see three excellent reviews that are quite beautifully written. I bet they are fake!
