Visual Changes

We looked at many contractors to handle our window and door project. We knew that this was the right company to partner with when he talked us out of an expensive, bad idea. Many other contractors wouldn't have been as honest and straightforward. The work they did was superb - it's truly going to stand the test of time. If you want your project done right, these are the guys to go with.

Siding came out great and he was very flexible to work with

John installed a new slider on our home. My wife and I are very happy with our new door and John did a great job.

After calling around for several quotes to complete our job, we chose John for several different reasons. He was quick and easy to communicate with, offered a fair price, and followed up with availability shortly after our initial visit. John completed our job on time, did excellent work, kept the site clean, and even offered some "no pressure" advice on a few other project we have ahead of us. We had a great experience and highly recommend him to others.

The scope of the job was to remove existing shingles, vinyl side the house and install new windows. John cautioned us from the beginning that once the shingles came off one does not know the extent of any water damage or repairs that may be needed. John has a keen focus on water damage and prevention. The house had severe water damage, rotted beams in multiple areas of the house. Our breezeway had to be totally rebuilt (walls, beams and studs, the framing beam behind my granite front stairs had to be replaced which John and team had to jackhammer my stairs to access and repair the beam from the basement of my home. Additionally there was water damage under windows on the side and back of house. John was not a bit rattled by any of these situations and repaired them all with quality product and communicated each issue with us and the cost of each repair. His flexibility is incredible when a problem arises. His attention to detail installing the siding is second to none! One can tell the extra detail he employs when comparing what he does to other vinyl sided homes in the area. John waterproofed around every window, doorways and any area he saw that water may enter. There are many contractors that won't perform damage repair yet John does it all. He is extremely dependable and shows up early in the morning and gets things done. The first contractor bid for the job wanted to put siding right over my shingles. John said he would not do the job if that's what we wanted. I can't imagine what would have happened to house down the road if I had not listened to John. He is the best contractor we have ever used!!!! He is a pleasure to work with! Wouldn't usually associate vinyl siding installation as an art but John makes it that way. His demeanor and expertise in the job is a work of art. At the end of each day he cleans up whatever area he works in. He is total quality!!!! He is committed to customer service that is rare these days! He prominently displays his commitment to the customer on his vehicles. Not one negative issue during the entire process. I have a new home now. Truly a Visual Change!
