W&E Carpentry Corp is a finish carpentry, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling contractor based in Grafton, Massachusetts, run by owner Wilfredo (Will) Briceno and registered with the state since 2017, though it reports a longer track record on some of its directory profiles. The business holds an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license and describes itself as licensed and insured, with core work in kitchen and bathroom remodeling alongside custom finish carpentry. Homeowners who hired the company describe consistently positive experiences with Will directly. In a 2026 review, a customer credited him with a mid-size renovation covering a new kitchen, a full first-floor interior remodel, and a new bathroom, calling the process organized and well communicated from start to finish. Earlier reviews describe more specialized carpentry work: a 2019 review detailed a full staircase rebuild with new oak treads, poplar risers, wrought iron balusters, and a rebuilt railing, while a 2020 review described new hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, and another from the same year covered a living room and dining room remodel in a house dating to the early 1800s. A 2022 review mentioned coffered ceilings and wall panels installed across three rooms. Across these jobs, reviewers repeatedly praised punctuality, hard work, and craftsmanship, and several said they would hire the company again. On the business side, BuildZoom verifies the company's Home Improvement Contractor license as active and lists its core services as framing, general carpentry, cabinets, decks and porches, and doors and windows. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ rating, though the business is not BBB-accredited and shows no customer reviews on that platform. There isn't a large public review base to draw on beyond the sampled Thumbtack reviews, so for a larger renovation it's worth asking for recent local references and confirming current scheduling directly. Overall, W&E Carpentry Corp looks like a strong option for finish carpentry, custom staircases, and kitchen or bathroom remodeling in the Grafton and Blackstone Valley area — confirm project scope, timeline, and a written estimate before booking.
We hired W&E (Will and his team) for a mid-size renovation that included a new kitchen, a full first-floor interior renovation, and a new bathroom. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Will was always responsive, communicated clearly, and kept everything organized and predictable. The crew showed up on time, maintained a clean and safe job site, and were respectful of our home throughout the project. Just as important: the project stayed on schedule and on budget, and any changes were discussed upfront with clear options and pricing—no surprises. The workmanship and attention to detail really show in the finishes, and Will followed through quickly on the final punch-list items. If you want a contractor who is reliable, transparent, and easy to work with, I highly recommend W&E and Will.
We had them work on Cofferred ceiling and wall panels on three rooms and it came out exactly as discussed. They were on time and worked real hard to get it done over a week. Would recommend them to anyone looking for carpentry work!
Will and his crue did a great job installing new hardwood floors and cabinets in my kitchen. They were very punctual and professional, the work was done very well and in short time. Will recommend them to my friends and will hire again!
I recently utilized the services of W&E Carpentry for a Living Room/Dining room remodel. Let me state right from the beginning, the project went incredibly well and I hope to work with this company again in the future. My house is very old, early 1800s, and the rooms in this project had not been updated since the 1970s. The Living Room/Dining Room were separated by a half wall and the space was not working as well as it could for family gatherings. I also had some concerns about the structural soundness of the current support beam in my basement. From the beginning, I worked with Wil(fredo). He listened, put together a well thought out quote, and it became evident that he absolutely understood my vision for the project. W&E went forward with removing the half wall and installing a support beam. They took the room down to the studs and then put it back together beautifully. The project turned out even better than I imagined it could be. Wil and his team fully exceeded my expectations.
Will and his team at W & E were fantastic from beginning to end! He renovated our main staircase, removed the carpet, treads and risers! Then re built the framework of the stairs. He installed oak treads, poplar risers, rod iron balusters, large posts and a new railing. He came out to the house a few times to meet with us and give us a quote and talk us through the process. He was always punctual, communicated with us very well and his craftsmanship was excellent. He was meticulous to detail and takes great pride in his work. We are happy that we found him on this Thumbtack app. We met with 2 others contractors before choosing Will and did not feel we would get the complete job done to our satisfaction with the other contractors. Will's quote was very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend Will and his company for any carpentry work!
