A customer who was out of town while the work happened still got the whole job in pictures: in a November 2019 review, the invoice arrived by email with a good number of photos taken during and after the project. Photographs turn up in several other accounts of W.R. Savini's work — "tons of pictures" on a May 2021 flat roof replacement, lots of before-and-after shots in a November 2020 review. The business is a Manchester, New Hampshire sole proprietorship at 38 Malvern Street, run by William "Rocco" Savini, accredited with the Better Business Bureau at an A+ and, by that profile, 26 years in the trade. Angi and HomeAdvisor both call it family-owned and both show 4.9 from 59 ratings — the same review set mirrored across the two sites, not two separate ones. Insurance work comes up more than once. In a June 2021 review, a homeowner replacing the roofs on the main house and the garage after wind damage said Rocco, a certified inspector, helped them provide the right documentation to their home insurance; the May 2021 flat-roof customer said he worked well with their insurance adjuster. A June 2020 customer with a commercial flat roof in New Hampshire got a detailed quote split into the repairs that had to be done that winter and the ones that could wait a few months, and the first round took care of a leak. Small repairs moved quickly. A February 2017 customer whose vent line was ripped off the roof by snow had it repaired the same day it was looked at. An October 2017 customer heard back on a repair inquiry within 24 hours and had the job done the next day. A May 2016 customer said he showed up on time, did the small repair right then, and fixed a second problem they hadn't noticed. The one thing to settle up front is the quote. A July 2020 customer paid a small amount above the quoted price after what they described as a misquote on product; Rocco asked them to honor the difference and they did, calling the quality and workmanship very good. The written accounts here also run 2016 to 2021, so ask to see photos from a recent job like yours. For a wind-damage claim, a leak that has to be documented for an insurer, or a flat roof that wants a staged plan instead of a full tear-off, this is a sensible call. Before booking, get the materials the quote is priced on in writing, and confirm what photos you will be sent when the work is finished.
Rocco was the best choice and did a phenomenal job replacing the roof on both our main house and garage! We had wind damage on our main house roof, and since Rocco is a certified inspector, he was able to help us provide the right documentation to our home insurance. The roof looks amazing, we continue to get compliments from our neighbors. He sent us lots of pictures he took during the process, which was helpful to see how much work went in. The whole project took about 3 days and they cleaned up very well. He did a walk through with me and there were a few minor touch ups that he was very quick to address completely. For a 2 year period our garage roof was leaking. We had two different contractors work on it about 1 year apart but the leaking kept coming back. Rocco properly diagnosed the problem and instead of just adding on another layer like the previous contractors did, he tackled a complete removal of the previous layers and gave us a finished product that looks great and doesnt leak. Great communication from the beginning. He always answers the phone or calls back promptly and is thorough about answering questions and explaining the process of whats needed in a patient and sincere manner. I would not hesitate to hire W.R. Savini / Rocco in the future. His experience and skill is evident, and Im glad hes our roofer!

Rocco was amazingly helpful and guided us through the entire process of repairing a leaky roof. All issues were very well explained as well as what would be required to fix them. The quote was provided promptly and he kept in touch before the scheduled start date. Pictures of the finished repair were provided at the end.
