Wachusett Plumbing Services is a plumbing business, and a recent Google customer who had just bought a home said Dennis came right out, flushed the water heater tank and replaced the rod, then came back to help fix plumbing issues in both showers. In a 2026 Google review, a customer who had been quoted $5,500 for a full water heating system replacement said Dennis found the water heater was not programmed to be a priority, changed the setting and charged only for a basic service call. A property management company says on Google that it has had him handle multiple jobs. A recent Google reviewer says Dennis has done multiple projects for them, from small repairs to complete bathroom reconfigurations and plumbing upgrades. A 2025 HomeAdvisor customer who paid $2,000 for a 60-gallon gas water heater wrote that after three months the temperature dropped to tepid after one and a half showers; the plumber raised the heater's temperature setting, which did not change the amount of hot water, and that 2025 customer said their calls were then ignored. A 3-star 2025 HomeAdvisor review said a 40-gallon water heater was replaced with a 50-gallon model that produced less hot water, and that he asked a few questions and then stopped responding. A 2025 HomeAdvisor reviewer, posting an update to an earlier review, said Dennis called right after it went up, said their text messages had not been reaching his phone, and found a broken shower regulator the next day. A 2023 HomeAdvisor customer said the receipt they were promised by email had not arrived even after a month. A 2022 HomeAdvisor customer said they could have done a better job cleaning up after the work.
Dennis has done multiple projects for us, from small repairs to major projects (complete bathroom reconfigurations and plumbing upgrades, new fixture installations, etc.). His pricing is fair and his work is top notch. He's knowledgeable, does quality work, and will always be our go-to guy for anything plumbing related.
