Its website says it has served central Massachusetts for over 25 years; its HomeAdvisor listing separately claims 36 years — the two self-reported figures don't agree. Across 29 reviews on Google and HomeAdvisor dating back to 2019, ratings run high: 4.6★ on Google and 4.9★ on HomeAdvisor, with 93% of HomeAdvisor ratings at five stars. Reviewers keep naming Dave personally — in a 2021 review he diagnosed a failing well system on the spot and had a full replacement installed the next day at what the customer called a reasonable price, and in a 2023 review Dave and Darren explained the project up front and finished on schedule.
