Wagner Pools builds and services swimming pools, and the company says on its website that it has been in business 107 years. The local news site ctinsider.com has run a story on Wagner Pools marking more than 100 years. A 2025 customer said Wagner Pools built and serviced their pool, stuck to the schedule it gave and completed the job on time. A recent customer described an appraisal visit that fell through three times. A manager named Joe called off the first date the morning of, then drove to the wrong address in Woodbridge, and on the third date showed up without calling, waited and left, later saying he had the wrong phone number. A 2025 reviewer complained about dangerous driving by the driver of a company vehicle. In a separate 2025 review, a person said van number three hit their parked car and the driver threatened them.

Terrible communication skills at this company. Took them almost 2 and half weeks to get back to me. Then when they did it was a guy named Joe the supposed “manager”. He scheduled an appraisal with me for the following week then called the morning of to let me know something came up. No big deal I said let’s just reschedule, the following week he calls me saying I’m so sorry I drove out but went to the wrong address in Woodbridge. No call no txt, he only called me after he was back at his office (once it was too late). So we rescheduled again! Which was today at 10 am he shows up no call no txt saying I’m here waits idk how long and just leaves. Then gives me the excuse that he had the wrong phone number, even though we talked almost 4 or five times by now. Moral of the story this company is not to be trusted if that’s their (manager) they don’t even deserve 1 star.
This review is strictly based off of the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the driver of this vehicle. I hate to imagine how you conduct business if your employees are willing to engage in dangerous driving while representing your company name. If you’re going to have road rage, do it in your personal vehicle.
Van number three hit my parked hard and isn’t taking responsibilities he threatened me to hit me and try to kick my puppy all because I didn’t move my car for where it was parked
I had Wagner pools build and service my pool and cannot say enough how great of a job they did. Their customer service and professionalism was amazing. Stuck to the schedule that they gave me and completed right on time. Would definitely recommend a Wagner built pool.
