We hired them for a major condominium renovation that included the complete gut renovation of two bathrooms, plumbing, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, ceiling skimming, Pergo flooring throughout the apartment, and painting. Because I have a background in construction, I pay close attention to planning, workmanship, communication, coordination, and whether a project is completed on schedule and on budget. Omega performed exceptionally well in all of these areas. Inacio, the CEO, was very hands-on and personally involved throughout the project. Rafaela was professional, attentive, and helpful during the initial presentation and throughout the early stages. Attila coordinated the work effectively, and Roman handled the logistics efficiently. The entire team communicated well and addressed issues promptly. Omega also handled the condominium and HOA requirements flawlessly, including approvals, insurance, documentation, scheduling restrictions, and coordination with building management. The project was completed as promised, on schedule and on budget, without compromising quality. As someone with construction experience, I do not give endorsements lightly. I would gladly recommend Inacio, Rafaela, Attila, Roman, and the entire Omega team to anyone considering a major renovation.

Omega Development renovated my homes living room, hallway, two full bathrooms and one half powder room after a water leak that found its way down from the second floor bathroom damaging first floor ceiling and carpet.
