Walls & More is a Westwood, Massachusetts business built around one thing: decorative and faux-finish painting, not standard wall coverage. The company is run by Rima, who works directly with homeowners and businesses on custom textures — plaster, shimmer, and specialty finishes — rather than typical interior or exterior painting jobs. The clearest picture of the work comes from a run of five Houzz reviews, all dated November and December 2015. In one, a law firm's conference room and bathroom got a faux finish detailed enough that visiting clients mistook the walls for suede. In another, a Sherwin-Williams store manager in Needham brought Rima in to redo a plain back hallway with custom decorative work, describing the change as drawing DIY customers into a part of the store they'd previously ignored. A third client commissioned a shimmer-gold hallway finish along with a custom painting for a dining room wall. Across all five, the recurring theme is close client coordination — reviewers mention Rima spending real time on color and design before work started, and in at least one case managing a hired crew for the more traditional painting alongside her own decorative work. Houzz shows a 5.0-star average across 7 ratings and 17 posted projects, in line with what the written reviews describe. Worth knowing before calling: every review on file dates to 2015 — there's no more recent written account to confirm how the business operates today, so it's worth asking directly about current availability, turnaround and pricing rather than assuming an eleven-year-old experience still applies. For a homeowner or business after a specific decorative finish — a faux texture, a shimmer wall, a commissioned mural — rather than routine painting, the older reviews describe exactly that kind of specialty work done carefully; just confirm current scope and scheduling before booking.

I am a manager at a local Sherwin-Williams Paint store in Needham. I had this long and boring hallway that leads to the back entrance of the store, which customers never paid any attention to. Knowing that Rima had done some amazing work for Sherwin-Williams before, I brought her in to help breathe some life into this hallway. OH BOY did she deliver! Rima's unique vision and original perspective propels her to the top of her field. For the first time, more and more DIY customers and contractors are going out of their way to visit this back section of the store. Professionalism and cleanliness was what I encountered while she was working at the store. Other than the great art she left behind, you would never know that she was there after she was done. Great job!
Walls & More did a faux finish to my law office's conference room and bathroom, as well as hired and managed painters to do the more traditional painting of my office's reception area and personal office. Rima was easy to work with. She spent a lot of time with me to understand my design/vision and to help pick out appropriate colors . I could go on about her excellent management of the painting crew, punctuality, dedication to service, but what is so very special about Rima is the "wow factor". Many clients have mistaken my conference room walls for suede. I have received many compliments on how nicely decorated my office and how warm and inviting the space is. This feeling of warmth is very important in my practice of elder law where many times clients are in crisis and extremely stressed. I am certain that a few clients have hired me over another lawyer based upon the office walls. I must not forget the bathroom. There have been many times that a client has used the bathroom during a meeting and then has to tell other family members about the beautiful bathroom. I chuckle when one by one they all decide they need to use the facilities before continuing our legal discussion. I would not hesitate to use Rima and Walls & More again, as I may be moving to larger offices that will be in need of that magic touch.
The designer creatively painted my walls in a beautiful finish and painted the entrance hallway of my house with a shimmer gold texture. I also commissioned a beautiful painting hanging on my dining room wall. The artist is highly skilled and highly professional . I will recommend her to any one interested in creative work on walls and furnitures.
Rima has redone much of the renovation of our professional office building. She has a great eye for color and I am amazed by her artistic abilities (I have none). Her work is first class. She stands behind it. The quality is outstanding. She charges what she quotes. She cares about excellence and it is demonstrated in her work. I recommend her highly if you want the best.
I have studied with Rima at some of the most prestigious studios in the country. My team admires Rimas commitment to detail and dedication to her craft. Her finishes are executed with passion and a special creativity rarely seen. Rimas background and vast travel lend a unique spin to her approach and execution of each and every project!
